By accessing or using the SocietySync mobile application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

SocietySync is a community and housing society management application that enables residents, administrators, and managers to communicate, manage notices, complaints, and society-related activities.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use SocietySync.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Upload false or misleading information
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt app functionality

6. Content & Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content they upload or share. SocietySync is not responsible for user-generated content. Administrators may moderate content as per society rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software are the property of MaduTech Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

8. Payments

If payment features are enabled in the future, all payments will be processed via secure third-party gateways. SocietySync does not store payment details.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, misuse is detected, or required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

SocietySync and MaduTech Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages. The service is provided “as is”.

11. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or absolute security.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
